Victoria Cornelio is a passionate leader in climate resilience, community empowerment, and sustainable development. As Tangelic’s Climate Action Advocate, she works to advance innovative solutions that promote environmental sustainability and uplift underserved communities. She brings a people-first ethos to her work, ensuring that communities are better equipped and more resilient to confront the challenges of a changing climate. With expertise in climate advocacy, education, and project management, Victoria is central to advancing Tangelic’s mission to inspire action and create impactful solutions for a sustainable future.

Victoria also co-hosts Tangelic Talks: The Intersection of Energy, Equity, and Empowerment, our flagship podcast dedicated to exploring transformative solutions at the nexus of clean energy, social equity, and community empowerment. With her engaging and holistic approach, Victoria sparks thought-provoking discussions that amplify the voices of changemakers and showcase innovative strategies for addressing climate challenges. Beyond the podcast, she works closely with our teams to develop and implement impactful advocacy campaigns, enhancing climate literacy, promoting equity, and mobilizing communities to take meaningful and sustainable action.

Victoria’s career has spanned roles as a researcher, educator, and mobilizer, with her work focusing on breaking down barriers to participation in the green sector and championing Just Transition initiatives to promote community resilience. She has also engaged local communities in environmental conservation efforts, working to nurture the next generation of environmental stewards.

Victoria holds a Master’s in Society, Politics, and Climate Change, and extensive experience as a Project Manager and Communications Officer.

TJ Omojomolo

Co-Host, Tangelic Talks

TJ Omojomolo is an investment strategist, entrepreneur, and market-development leader focused on strengthening the connections between international capital and emerging opportunities across Africa. As Co-Host of Tangelic Talks, he applies a capital markets perspective to conversations on energy infrastructure, finance, and sustainable development, examining the financing frameworks, strategic partnerships, and policy developments shaping Africa’s economic transformation.

He is the Founding Director of Afribond, an investment and business network dedicated to strengthening commercial connectivity and institutional engagement across the continent. Through Afribond, TJ advances opportunities by connecting financial, business, and policy communities. His efforts center on expanding market access, strengthening commercial ecosystems, and supporting private-sector growth across key sectors including energy, logistics, technology, and finance.

As the architect and host of The Afribond Roundtable and The Afribond Sessions, TJ convenes investors, business executives, policymakers, and innovators to examine the economic, financial, and geopolitical forces shaping Africa’s commercial landscape. He has led high-level forums and advisory engagements in collaboration with organizations including Santander, Barclays, the African Development Bank, and the UK House of Commons, contributing to discussions on capital formation, finance, entrepreneurship, and regional competitiveness.

Prior to establishing Afribond, TJ held roles spanning commodities markets, investor relations, economic analysis, and public policy. His professional experience includes positions with EPUKI, Drax Group, Murano Connect, and the UK Government Economic Service.

TJ holds a Master of Science in International Finance and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Sheffield.
