Programs & Initiatives

Field-Ready Models. Built for Scale. Backed by Infrastructure.

Tangelic doesn’t run campaigns. We build climate deployment systems — engineered for scale, structured for capital alignment, and rooted in African markets. Our programs are not “projects.” They are investment-ready infrastructure vehicles designed to generate power, revenue, and long-term resilience across underserved regions.

We operate through two flagship platforms:

Sunrise Spectrum

Decentralized Energy Corridors for Rural Africa

Sunrise Spectrum is our deployment platform for solar microgrids, clean cooking integration, and local energy ecosystems. Designed as a modular system, it brings tiered electrification and clean fuel access to off-grid communities — with built-in revenue logic and long-term viability.

This is not a pilot. It’s a replicable energy blueprint — structured to scale across regions and tailored for gender-aligned capital models.

What Sunrise Enables:

  • Tiered rural electrification through decentralized solar microgrids
  • Embedded clean cooking tech for reduced indoor air pollution
  • Women-led distribution and repayment models
  • Community-level training in installation, O&M, and energy entrepreneurship
  • Local economic zones powered by resilient, low-cost infrastructure

Deployment Model:

  • Core infrastructure packages engineered for replicability
  • Blended capital structures (grant, carbon revenue, repayable finance)
  • Pre-designed for MRV and climate finance compatibility

We are currently onboarding anchor partners for the next deployment corridor.

Pan-African Climate Exchange (PACE)

Carbon markets can’t function without infrastructure. PACE is Tangelic’s architecture for turning African climate ambition into revenue-generating, traceable assets. It’s not a registry. It’s the operational layer that connects MRV protocols, credit integrity, and sovereign alignment to real infrastructure in real communities.

Africa’s Carbon Infrastructure Layer

What PACE Delivers:

  • Field-validated MRV systems tied to actual deployment
  • Gender-aligned benefit sharing and revenue distribution
  • Compatibility with Article 6, voluntary market, and national strategies
  • Institutional onboarding for African climate offices, universities, and verifiers
  • Traceability systems that follow each kilowatt, cookstove, and carbon unit

Strategic Positioning:

  • Core infrastructure packages engineered for replicability
  • Blended capital structures (grant, carbon revenue, repayable finance)
  • Pre-designed for MRV and climate finance compatibility

PACE is how Africa exits donor-dependence and enters carbon monetization — on its own terms.

Why It Works

We don’t fundraise for ideas. We deploy capital into engineered systems — with real infrastructure, local ownership, and revenue logic baked in.

These aren’t proposals for someday. They’re frameworks ready for alignment, co-ownership, and scale. If you want to move real assets and drive measurable outcomes — let’s talk.

Tangelic Talks

Voices from the Frontlines of Climate, Capital, and Change

Tangelic Talks is the media and insight arm of Tangelic — where field experience, policy critique, and systems thinking converge in unfiltered dialogue. This is not climate content for clicks. It’s strategic conversation for those building, funding, and living the transition.

Each episode features grounded insights from leaders on the frontlines — from energy access innovators and policy architects to climate researchers and community organizers across the Global South.

We talk carbon markets. Clean tech. Degrowth. Supply chains. AI. Feminist climate design. Infrastructure failure. And the inconvenient truths no one wants to touch.

No fluff. Just sharp voices and real conversations — across continents, systems, and ideologies.
